ACC Indicator (Amber) Does Not Come on
Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) Indicator (Amber) Does Not Come On1. Turn the ignition switch ON (II).
2. Watch the following indicators in the gauge control module:
- MIL
- Brake system light
- Charging light
Do the indicators come on?
YES - Go to the gauge control module self-diagnostic function.
NO - Go to step 3.
3. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
4. Check the No. 21 (10 A) fuse in the under-dash fuse/relay box.
Is the fuse OK?
YES - Go to step 5.
NO - Replace the fuse, then recheck.
5. Disconnect gauge control module connector B (28P).
6. Turn the ignition switch ON (II).
7. Measure the voltage between the gauge control module connector B (28P) No. 1 terminal and body ground.
Is there battery voltage?
YES - Substitute a known-good gauge control module and recheck. If the problem goes away, replace the original gauge control module.
NO - Repair an open in the wire, if the wire is OK, replace the under-dash fuse/relay box.
