The phone icon in the navigation route to screen is grayed-out
Diagnostic Procedure:
1. There is no HFL-compatible phone paired to the vehicle. Pair an approved HFL-compatible phone to the vehicle

- The phone must be on the Honda list of approved Bluetooth phones and configured correctly. For a current list of approved phones, go to handsfreelink.com, or call the HFL support desk for further assistance.
