Dashboard Center Trim Removal/Installation

Special Tools Required

- KTC trim tool set SOJATP2014*
*Available through the Acura Tool and Equipment Program.

NOTE:

- Put on gloves to protect your hands.

- Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when prying components.

- Take care not to scratch the trim and panels.

1. Remove these items:
- Console panel Center Console Removal/Installation

- Front console cover, both sides Center Console Removal/Installation

2. Remove the bolts securing the front of the center console (A), then pull out both sides as needed.






3. Gently pull out along the bottom to release the clips and the hooks (A), then remove the center trim (B).

4. Install the trim in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
- If the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, replace them with new ones.

- Push the clip portions into place securely.
