Vehicle speed does not decelerate or accelerate accordingly when the set/resume switch is pressed

Diagnostic Procedure:

Test the cruise control combination switch. Cruise Control Combination Switch Test (With ACC/CMBS)

Also check for:

- An open in the wire
- A short in the wire
