Diagnostic Procedure:

1. Check for PGM-FI DTCs.

2. A/C condenser fan circuit troubleshooting (open). A/C Condenser Fan Circuit Troubleshooting (Open)

Also check for:

- Cleanliness and tightness of all connectors
