DTC 2605: H/U Diag: Connect
NOTE:
- Check the vehicle battery condition first. Testing and Inspection
- Check for B-CAN DTCs and resolve them before troubleshooting.

1. Clear the hard error code. How to Troubleshoot the Navigation System
2. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0), and then back ON (II).
3. Check the Error History. How to Troubleshoot the Navigation System
Is Hard Error 2601 indicated?
YES - Do the 2601 troubleshooting.
NO - Go to step 4.
4. Go into the Diagnostic Menu, and select the Self-Diagnosis Mode in the Select Diagnosis Items menu. Navigation System Diagnostic Mode
5. Select the System Links.
Is the Radio icon red?
YES - Go to step 6.
NO - Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.
6. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).
7. Check for poor connections or loose terminals at audio unit connector C (14P), and the navigation display unit 20P connector.
Are there connections OK?
YES - Go to step 8.
NO - Repair poor connections or loose terminals, and recheck the Self-Diagnosis Mode. Navigation System Diagnostic Mode
8. Disconnect audio unit connector C (14P), and the navigation display unit 20P connector.
9. Connect the audio unit connector C (14P) terminals No. 9 and No. 10 with a jumper wire.
10. Check for continuity between the navigation display unit 20P connector terminals No. 3 and No. 13.
Is there continuity?
YES - Do the Audio unit troubleshooting.
NO - There is an open in the wire(s) between the audio unit and the navigation display unit. Replace the affected shielded harness.
