All the control motors do not run

Diagnostic Procedure:

1. Probable cause: The control motor circuit malfunction

2. Do the control motor power supply circuit troubleshooting Climate Control Motor Power Supply Circuit Troubleshooting

Also check for:

- HVAC DTCs Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview
- Blown fuse No. 9 (7.5 A) in the passenger's under-dash fuse/relay box
- Poor or loose connections at the terminals
