Cabin Temperature Sensor / Switch: Description and Operation

Operation and Location
The inside air temperature sensor is located near the center of the dashboard. A smaller blower fan is used to draw passenger compartment air over the sensor to ensure accurate measurement. The resistance of the sensor increases as temperature decreases.
