Fuel Consumption, Display 10 Point Connector Checking
To move consumption display upwards, - connect jumper wire from contact 20 and/or 21 to contact 11
Note
To increase fuel consumption display 15% it is necessary to connect jumper wires from both contacts 20 and 21 to contact 11 of control unit connector.
To move consumption display downwards, - connect jumper wire from contacts 20 and 21 to contact 12
Note
To decrease fuel consumption display 15% it is necessary to connect jumper wires from both contact 20 and 21 to contact 12 of computer control unit.
Note
Do not remove jumper wires. They remain in vehicle.

Note
If actual fuel consumption deviates more than 10% of fuel consumption calculated by computer, a correction of 20% can be made.
Correct fuel consumption reading by installing a jumper wire from terminal 20 and 21 of the computer control unit connector and by changing computer control code.
Contact 20 of computer control unit connector is connected to ground contact 12.
If fuel consumption display is too high, - change computer control code
- adjust fuel display by connecting permanent jumper wires according to chart below.

Work sequence
- pull computer from instrument panel
- disconnect 10-point connector
- check continuity between contacts of computer connector and computer control unit in following order:
