Cause:

Door scuff pad does not fit properly and contacts the lower portion of door trim panel.

Production Change:

Improved fit.

As of: January 1985 VIN: 44F070000

Service Solution:

Press door scuff pad firmly to the flange. If complaint persists, trim the door scuff pad to fit properly between A & B pillar.
