Exhaust System
Cause:
If the exhaust manifold warps, it could cause exhaust studs to break and results in exhaust leaks.
Service Solution:
^ check exhaust manifold for warpage and resurface if necessary, CAUTION Do NOT replace exhaust manifold if resurfacing is possible.
^ after removing: replace ALL of the exhaust studs with tempered studs.

Labor Operations:
15 73 21 0 Replace one or all unbroken exhaust manifold studs - use in conjunction with operation 26 10 11 1, 26 10 11 6, or 26 10 11 3 (cylinder head removed or installed)
- 50 time units
15 73 51 1 Drill out "A", and replace one exhaust manifold stud (cylinder head installed) - 50 time units
15 73 51 0 Drill out, tap and replace one exhaust manifold stud (cylinder head removed) - 25 time units
