Water level indicator light will light when it is necessary to drain water from trap in fuel filter.
Parts required

Installation procedure
- disconnect battery ground cable
- remove left side underdash storage panel and heater duct
Mount control unit as follows:
- mount retaining clip (included in Kit) to left side of carrier bracket for brake pedal so control unit connections point toward base of driver's seat when it is clipped into place
- install double connector on terminal 15 of control unit and clip unit into place
Install and connect water sensor as follows:
- replace water drain screw in fuel filter with drain screw/sensor, included in Kit
- connect blue wire (included in Kit) to terminal on new drain screw/sensor and route to where engine wire harness enters interior
- route wire through firewall grommet for harness and connect to terminal A of control unit
Install and connect indicator light as follows:
- mark and drill a 9 mm hole 25 mm from left edge of dashboard and 25 mm from bottom edge of dashboard in location shown by arrow
- connect both yellow and white wires to indicator light and route to control unit
- connect white wire to one male terminal of double connector on terminal 15 of control unit
- connect yellow wire to terminal 31b of control unit
- connect black wire (included in Kit) to remaining male terminal of double connector on terminal 15 of control unit
- route wire to bottom of Fuse/Relay Panel
- locate short red lead which runs from white, 3 point, multi-point connector on bottom of Fuse/Relay Panel to white, single-point connector about 6 in. below Fuse/Relay Panel
- splice black wire to red wire with a "Scotchlock" connector
- connect brown wire (included in Kit) to terminal 31 of control unit and to ground cluster under dash
- reinstall left side underdash storage panel and heater duct
- reconnect battery ground cable
- test system by switching ignition on and grounding blue wire from sensor on fuel filter casing. Light should come on and remain on until ignition is switched off
