When replacing a B-pillar equipped with adjustable seat belt anchor, install adjustable anchor in new B-pillar.





1984-1985

Install adjustable anchor part 321 857 800. Do not reuse anchor from old B-pillar.

Note

After replacement of B-pillar, it may be necessary to modity the adjustable belt mounting on opposite side to make both visually identical.




1986 and later

Reuse original adjusting mechanism when possible.
