Gh Campaign Data Entry Procedure




To process a campaign claim through WIN, the following data only needs to be entered into the system:


Claim ID: Enter Repair Order Number up to 5 Digits

Mileage: Enter Mileage from R/O up to 6 Digits

Repair Date: Enter Month/Day/Year 6 Digits

VIN: Enter Complete VIN Last 11 or Full 17 Characters

Claim Type: Enter RC 2 Characters

Damage Code: Enter applicable Code 4 Characters

To request reimbursement for a completed repair:


GH 12 Check intake valve cylinder #2, no cleaning required.
Audi 5000 (naturally aspirated engines)

GH 13 Check intake valve cylinder #2, no cleaning required.
Audi 5000 (turbo charged engines)

GH 14 Check and clean ALL intake valves.
Audi 5000 (naturally aspirated engines)

GH 15 Check and clean ALL intake valves.
Audi 5000 (turbo charged engines)


NOTE: The system automatically supplies all part numbers, including price and labor operations applicable to the Individual reimbursement code.


To update a record for a vehicle with no repair performed but relevant information available:


GH 20 Customer Refused Repairs

GH 30 Total Loss

GH 40 Vehicle Stolen

GH 50 Vehicle Left Continental U.S.

GH 60 Customer Moved - No Forwarding Address

GH 70 Vehicle Sold - New Owner Unknown
