80 grit sandpaper locally available as required
Antifreeze/Coolant ZVW 237 102 as required
CAUTION

^ drain radiator sufficiently to lower fluid level below broken neck
^ remove radiator hose
^ lightly sand and clean inside of broken radiator neck
Note
Additional sanding of mating surface of insert maybe required on some radiators to achieve proper fit
^ sand mating surface of replacement insert
^ apply epoxy glue to insert
^ push insert fully into broken neck
^ fill and smooth any uneven edges or gaps with remaining glue
^ allow glue to set before re-assembly radiator
^ approx. 1 hour
^ reinstall all components in reverse order of removal
^ top off radiator with antifreeze/coolant as required
