Restrictor, Removing And Installing

- Discharge refrigerant system .







- Loosen and separate coupling -A- on evaporator inlet line.
- Remove restrictor -B- from coupling using long nose pliers.
- Install in reverse order of removal.
- Replace O-ring -D-, 7.5 mm inside diameter, 1.5 mm thickness.

NOTE:
- Ensure proper positioning of restrictor O-ring -C-.
- Insert restrictor -B- with arrow pointing towards evaporator.
- Restrictor must fit tight in inlet (push restrictor into inlet as far as it will go).
- Assemble to allow stress free mounting of evaporator inlet lines.

CAUTION: Immediately plug open connections on A/C components and lines to prevent dirt and moisture contamination.
