Condition
Vibration felt down the center of vehicle on deceleration.
May be caused by a faulty dual mass flywheel.
Production
Improved dual mass flywheel installed as of VIN: 8N_Y1027001.
Service
For vehicles up to VIN: 8N_Y1027000.
If Technician disconnects the Haldex coupling and vibration is gone:
DO NOT replace the Haldex coupling unit. This condition may not be eliminated by replacing the Haldex unit.
- Replace dual mass flywheel with Part No: 06A105266P (see Repair Manual, Group - 13 "Dual mass flywheel, removing and installing").
