Evaporator, Removing And Installing

- Remove air conditioner unit.
- Remove air conditioning wiring harness from air duct channel.
- Remove bracket and protection cover for heater core coolant lines and remove heater core with coolant lines.
- Remove bracket for refrigerant lines and disconnect air duct channel from air distributor housing.
- Disassemble air conditioner unit and remove evaporator from beneath out of air duct channel.

Notes for installation
- Before inserting the condenser, check evaporator drain and clean if necessary.







- Mount sealing gasket -A- on evaporator -B-.







- When inserting evaporator -B- into air duct -C-, make sure that sealing gasket -A- has not moved, if necessary lubricate sealing gasket -A- with soap water.
- After assembling air duct -C- with air distributor housing, check at opening for refrigerant lines that the sealing gasket -A- is properly seated.
