Condition
Customer states MMI Navigation system does not always guide driver to the entered destination.
Instead, route guidance leads driver to the named street in another city.
Tip:
Please give additional copies to all service advisors, in order that they can obtain the required address information from the customer.
Service
- Verify that vehicle currently has MMI Navigation DVD Version 4 (W531257002A) installed.
- Open Hotline channel, describe condition and provide desired destination, which was entered into MMI navigation system (if applicable, provide the actual address the driver was guided to).
- You will receive further instruction through the Hotline channel.
