Coolant Hose Connection Diagram





1 Radiator

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Radiator ] Service and Repair

• Replace coolant after replacing

2 Upper coolant line

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Upper Coolant Pipe ] Upper Coolant Pipe

3 Thermostat housing with map controlled engine cooling thermostat (F265)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Thermostat Housing with Map Controlled Engine Cooling Thermostat ] Thermostat Housing With MAP Controlled Engine Cooling Thermostat

• Checking coolant regulator, refer to => [ Map Controlled Engine Cooling Thermostat, Checking ] Testing and Inspection

4 Coolant pump

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Coolant Pump ] Service and Repair

5 Turbocharger

6 Cylinder head/cylinder block

• Replace coolant after replacing

7 Bleeder hole

8 Heater core

• Replace coolant after replacing

9 Lower coolant line

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Lower Coolant Pipe ] Lower Coolant Pipe

10 Oil cooler

Removing and installing, refer to => [ Oil Filter Bracket ] Oil Filter Bracket

• Renew coolant after replacing

11 Expansion tank

• With sealing cap

• Pressure relief valve in cap, checking => [ Pressure relief valve in cap, checking ] Testing and Inspection

12 Intake manifold
