Multi Functional Communication Unit

The multi functional communication unit consists of a Fax Machine (R73) with telephone and hands-free equipment.

Fax machine can also be used as a printer, scanner and copier.

Via the LAN interface (Ethernet Socket (U21)), notebooks or PDAs can be connected and thus internet service can be used.

Operation of the MFCU is performed independently of the systems installed in the vehicle.

For the existing telephone system in the vehicle, a rear telephone charging station (R151) with Telephone Handset 2 (R116) is also installed in rear center armrest.
