Navigation System, from 1 September 2008

The navigation system is part of the information electronics control module 1 (J794) inside the glove compartment.

Operation is performed via the Multimedia Control Head (E380).

Navigation data is stored on an internal hard drive disc (HDD) on the MMI with maximum features.

Fault finding is performed via "Guided Fault Finding" using the Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System (VAS5051).
