Navigation System, through 29 August 2008

The navigation system is incorporated into the MMI Infotainment system via the MOST-Bus.

A DVD is used as the navigation CD. This makes it possible to store navigation data for several countries as well as additional information (hotels, restaurants, etc.).

The Navigation System with CD Drive Control Module (J401) is located in luggage compartment on left side. Operation is performed via the Multimedia Control Head (E380).

Fault finding is performed via "Guided Fault Finding" using the Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System (VAS5051).
