Brake Lamp: Service and Repair

High Mounted Brake Light

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Pry lever (80 - 200)

Removing





- Do not press brake pedal.

- Use Pry lever (80 - 200) to pry cover grille with high-level brake light out of rear shelf - arrow 1 -.

- Pull out cover grille to front - arrow 2 -.

- Unplug connector - 1 - at center high-mounted brake light - 2 -.





- Remove screws - arrows -.

- Detach center high-mounted brake light from cover grille.

• If LED's are malfunctioning, high-mount brake light must be completely replaced.

Installing

Install in reverse order.
