Condition
- The left and the right Bang & Olufsen acoustic lens tweeter assemblies do not slide in or out of the dashboard. This may happen consistently or sporadically.
- The Software Version of the Bang & Olufsen Amplifier is 0180.
Technical Background
Software fault in the amplifier.

Software improvement during model year 2007.
Service
An MMI system update must be performed. Refer to Technical Service Bulletin 2019334.
