Bang & Olufsen acoustic lens tweeter does not rise

Condition
The left or right Bang & Olufsen acoustic lens tweeter assembly does not rise out of the dashboard.

DTC 03016 (Right Front Treble Speaker Motor -V345-) or DTC 03017 (Left Front Treble Speaker Motor -V344 -) is stored in the Bang & Olufsen Amplifier.

Technical Background
Mechanical blockage.

Production Solution
Adjusted motor's worm wheels spindle.

Service
Replace the affected acoustic lens tweeter.

Good parts have Version 10S (or higher) printed on the parts sticker of the acoustic lens tweeter.

Tip: If there is no DTC or the customer complains that the acoustic lens tweeter assembly does not slide in, contact a TACS consultant before any repair.
