The following procedure must be performed on both front seats and to all four headrest guide openings:

1. Remove headrests from the front seat backs.

2. Using a plastic wedge pry the trim caps off of the headrest guides.

3. Move the inner support to the side.

4. Peel the protective backing from the reinforcement ring.

5. Apply reinforcement ring adhesive side up inside the seat back cover concentric with the opening.

6. Press firmly around the reinforcement ring to ensure adhesion.

7. Move inner support back into position.

8. Reinstall the trim cap. A firm strike with the palm of your hand will snap it back into place and engage it with the inner support. The reinforcement ring is now adhered to the seat material and clamped between the halves of the headrest guide trim.

10. Reinstalling headrests.
