Condition
Customer Complaint:
One or both headlights are cracked or leaking.
Workshop Findings:
- Cracks on the headlight (upper section between hood and quarterpanel, and lower headlight cover).
- No evidence of headlight or body damage.
This condition affects all variants of headlights.
If neither headlight exhibits any type of cracking, this Repair Authorization does not apply.
Technical Background
Additional analysis to aid in issue diagnosis necessitates this repair authorization.
Through our combined efforts and cooperation, we will be able to raise the level of Audi quality and overall customer satisfaction.

Service
1. Create a ticket using the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) System in ElsaWeb.
2. Activate the TAC ticket promptly by calling the TAC for further instruction before proceeding with any repairs.
