Doors and Separator Walls In Air Distributor Housing Of Front A/C Unit

• The air distributor housing of the front A/C unit is not disassembled. Refer to Electronic Parts Catalog and => [ Front A/C Unit ] Front A/C Unit. It was only shown in a disassembled state in the following figure so that the installed doors can be shown.

• All components shown in the following figure that are not addressed, refer to => [ Front A/C Unit ] Front A/C Unit.

• Various shafts of temperature doors are connected to one another via a connecting rod, actuating arm, and cam plate. They are then jointly actuated by one control motor. Refer to => [ Front A/C Unit ] Front A/C Unit.

• Separates the air duct to the left and right vents and is responsible for the differing temperatures of the air coming out of the vents. Depending on the position of the particular air door.

• For the right instrument panel vents, the vent for indirect ventilation and to the windshield (defrost).
