Additional Customer Care Items

As announced in the previously referenced Sales Operation Dealer Bulletin, BMW NA is requesting that you wash, vacuum and fill each customer's vehicle with gasoline. BMW NA will reimburse dealers $10.00 for each vehicle to cover the cost of gasoline. The wash and vacuum will be the dealer's responsibility.
