Dear M roadster/M coupe owner,
Because of technical difficulties with the sealant used in the M-Mobility System that was to be standard equipment in all 1998 and 1999 M roadsters and M coupes, the M-Mobility System had to be withheld from production until these difficulties were overcome.
We are happy to announce that The M-Mobility System is now available. In order to get the unit into your car as soon as possible, we would like to ship it directly you. Since the components will be shipped by UPS, a daytime shipping address where some one will be available to sign for the shipment is necessary.
Please complete the enclosed postage paid postcard and drop it in the mail at your earliest convenience so that we may get your M-Mobility System on the way to you as soon as possible.
We would like to apologize for any inconvenience the delay in supplying your M-Mobility System may have caused, and to advise you that your car will continue to be covered by the BMW Roadside Assistance Program for flat tire related towing for the life of the car.
