SUBJECT
Rear Wheel Speed Sensor (Pulse Generator) Connector

MODEL
E36/7 (Z3 Roadsters)

SITUATION

Unable to fit a new wheel speed sensor on vehicles equipped with Option 210, DSC III (Dynamic Stability Control).

CAUSE

DSC Mk60 wheel speed sensor (Blue connector) was ordered for DSC Mk20 wheel speed sensor (Gray connector). Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) does not reference the DSC III type (Mk20 or Mk60).

CORRECTION

Please check the color of the connector previously mounted on the car.
