Replacing Guide Tube For Clutch Controller

23 11 612 Replacing Guide Tube For Clutch Controller (S5D 200G/250G)

Necessary preliminary tasks:
^ Remove gearbox
^ Remove clutch controller and release lever from guide tube.





Release screws and remove guide tube.

Tightening torque:
M8 X 22 18 Nm.
M8 X 30 25 Nm.
M6 10 Nm.

Installation:
Clean new guide tube. Guide surface must be completely clean (no labels or residual adhesive, etc.).

Insert screws with Loctite 243 securing adhesive.
