64 11 208 - Replacing heater core

Necessary preliminary tasks: Remove heater. Service and Repair





- Release screw (1).

Installation: Tightening torque = 10 ± 2 Nm.

- Remove adapter plate (2).
- Release screws (3).

Installation: Tightening torque = 1.0 ± 0.3 Nm.

- Remove bulkhead adapter (4).
- Withdraw heater element (5) in direction of arrow.
