Poor Voice Quality on the Receiving End When Placing a Telephone Call

Vehicles equipped with ZPP (Premium Package) or SA639 (BMW Assist)
SITUATION
The customer complains of poor voice quality at the receiving end when making a telephone call.
CAUSE
TCU (Telematics Control Unit) software error
PROCEDURE
On a customer complain basis, perform the "TCU audio correction" conversion, using Programming/Coding software ISTA/P V2.32.0 or higher.
