12 36 008 Removing And Installing (Replacing) Hybrid Current Distributor







WARNING: High-voltage system - danger to life.







WARNING:
The following points must be strictly observed prior to starting work:
- De-energise the high-voltage system
- Observe safety instructions for handling with hybrid vehicles







Necessary preliminary tasks:
Remove electronics box power module cover.







Unlock high-voltage cable (1) and disconnect.
Release screw (2).
Tightening torque 12 36 4AZ.
Unlock high-voltage cable (3) and disconnect.
Release screws (4).
Tightening torque 12 36 10AZ.







Unlock high-voltage cable (1) and disconnect.
Feed through high-voltage cable underneath
Auxiliary Power Module (APM) (2).
Remove hybrid current distributor (3).

Installation:
Make sure cables are correctly routed without chafing.
