This bulletin is being issued to revise the Diagnostic Flowchart # 2 on pages 8A-65-15 and 8A-65-16 in the Service Manual.
When performing the Diagnostic Flowchart # 2 (Air Flow From Outlet Is Incorrect), a technician must use a Digital Multimeter in place of a testlight in order to receive the correct results. Place the Digital Multimeter on a voltage scale able to read between 10 and 14 volts. The testlight used in the current chart is incorrect and will not give precise results.
Please use Attachments 1 and 2 to replace the existing chart on the above pages.
