Programming Engine Control Module (ECM)

The Engine Control Module (ECM) must be programmed after installation in a vehicle with a Theft Deterrent Module. New ECMs are delivered with the status immobilizer deactivated. Programming the immobilizer signal into the ECM simultaneously activates the immobilizer function.
