Cellular Phone: Testing and Inspection

Fuse #14 supplies B+ to the cellular telephone when the ignition is in the ON position. Ground is supplied at all times to the cellular telephone. The Body Control Module (BCM) supplies the low power drive to the radio and to the cellular telephone. It the cellular telephone is not operating properly, it must be sent to an authorized DELPHI service center for repair.
