Molding Replacement: Hood Front

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Molding Replacement - Hood Front: Removal Procedure:

1. Raise the hood.
2. Remove the rivets from the hood lip by drilling out the rivets from the hood molding.
3. Remove the nuts from the inside edge of the hood molding.
4. Remove the hood molding.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Molding Replacement - Hood Front: Installation Procedure:

1. Install the hood molding.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Note in Cautions and Notes.

2. Install the nuts to the inside edge of the hood molding.

Tighten
Tighten the hood molding nuts until fully seated. DO NOT strip the hood molding nuts.

3. Install the rivets to the hood molding.
4. Lower the hood.
