Phone No Info Message

The purpose of this message is to serve as an indication that the IPC Vehicle Option content shows a cellular telephone is installed in the vehicle, but no "initialization" data is available on the Class 2 serial data bus. This indicates, to the IPC, that the cellular telephone is not communicating on Class 2.
