REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Lumbar Adjuster Plate Replacement - Manual: Removal Procedure:

1. Remove the front seat.
2. Remove the front seatback cushion cover.
3. Remove the screws form lumbar adjuster cable.

4. Remove the six springs and lumbar adjuster plate from seatback frame.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Lumbar Adjuster Plate Replacement - Manual: Installation Procedure:

1. Install the lumbar adjuster plate to seatback frame secure six springs.

2. Install the screws to lumbar adjuster plate cable.

Tighten
Tighten the lumbar adjust cable screws until fully seated and not stripped.

3. Install the front seatback cushion cover.
4. Install the front seat.
