Park Brake Warning Lamp Switch Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the rear parking brake lever. Refer to Park Brake Lever Replacement.





2. Remove the rear parking brake switch bolt (1) attaching the rear parking brake indicator switch (2) to the lever.





3. Remove the rear parking brake switch wiring harness connector (1) from the rear parking brake switch (2).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE





1. Install the rear parking brake switch wiring harness connector (1) from the rear parking brake switch (2).
2. Install the rear parking brake switch to the lever.





3. Install the rear parking brake switch bolt (1) attaching the rear parking brake indicator switch (2) to the lever.
^ Tighten the rear parking brake switch bolt (1) to 3 Nm (27 inch lbs.).

4. Install the rear parking brake lever. Refer to Park Brake Lever Replacement.
