Malfunction Lamp / Indicator: Service and Repair

Removal Procedure
1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
2. Remove the instrument cluster.
3. The AIR BAG Warning Indicator cannot be service separately. The instrument cluster must be service as a complete unit.

Installation Procedure
1. Install new instrument cluster.
2. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
3. Notice if the AIR BAG Warning Indicator flashes seven times then turns OFF.
4. If AIR BAG Warning Indicator stays on perform the SIR Diagnostic System Check.
