Outside Rearview Mirror Motor Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the mirror lens. Refer to Outside Rearview Mirror Glass Replacement (Outside Rearview Mirror Glass Replacement).




2. Disconnect the mirror motor electrical connector.
3. Remove the mirror motor screws.
4. Remove the mirror motor.

Installation Procedure




1. Position the mirror motor to the mirror housing.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the mirror motor screws.

Tighten the mirror motor screws to 10 Nm (89 lb in).

3. Connect the mirror motor electrical connector.
4. Install the mirror lens. Refer to Outside Rearview Mirror Glass Replacement (Outside Rearview Mirror Glass Replacement).
