Windshield Washer Hose: Service and Repair

HOSE REPLACEMENT - WINDSHIELD WASHER

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Open the hood.
2. Remove the right headlamp capsule.
3. Remove the air inlet grille panel.
4. Disconnect the washer hose from the washer solvent container.
5. Disconnect the washer hose from the washer pump.




6. Disconnect the washer hose from the washer nozzles.




7. Pull the washer hose out through the right front fascia headlamp opening and from under the underhood electrical center.
8. Remove the washer hose from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Route the washer hose through the opening in the right front fascia headlamp area.
2. Route the washer hose under the underhood electrical center.




3. Connect the washer hose to the washer nozzles.




4. Connect the washer hose to the washer pump.
5. Connect the washer hose to the washer solvent container.
6. Install the air inlet grille panel.
7. Install the right headlamp capsule.
8. Close the hood.
