Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Right Side

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the screw (3) securing the closeout panel to the instrument panel (I/P).
2. Pull down on the panel in order to release the locking tabs (2).
3. Disconnect the courtesy lamp electrical connector (1).
4. Remove the closeout panel from the I/P.



Installation Procedure





1. Connect the courtesy lamp electrical connector (1).
2. Align the closeout panel on the I/P.
3. Push upward on the panel in order to secure the locking tabs (2).
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice .


4. Install the closeout retaining screw (3)

Tighten the fasteners to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
