Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the radio. Refer to Radio Replacement .
2. Remove the HVAC control. Refer to HVAC Control Module Replacement in HVAC Systems - Automatic (Includes Electronic and Dual Zone).
3. Remove the center HVAC air outlet. Refer to LINK.
4. Remove the screws securing the instrument panel (I/P) center trim panel.



Installation Procedure





1. Position the center trim panel to the I/P.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice .

2. Install the screws securing the I/P center trim panel.

Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

3. Install the center HVAC air outlet. Refer to LINK.
4. Install the HVAC control. Refer to HVAC Control Module Replacement (Includes Electronic and Dual Zone).
5. Install the radio. Refer to Radio Replacement .
