Exhaust Tail Pipe Flow Valve Vacuum Pipe Replacement - Valve Solenoid to Control Valves

Removal Procedure




1. Raise the vehicle.
2. Disconnect the vacuum line fitting (4) from the flow control valve solenoid. The graphic shows the rear fascia removed for clarity.
3. Disconnect the vacuum line fittings (1 and 3) from the flow control valves.
4. Disengage the retainer clips along the length of the vacuum line (2).
5. Remove the vacuum line from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

Important: Do NOT remove the thermal wrap insulation from the vacuum hose.




1. Install the vacuum line to the vehicle.
2. Install the retainer clips along the length of the vacuum line (2).
3. Connect the vacuum line fittings (1 and 3) to the flow control valves.
4. Connect the vacuum line fitting (4) to the flow control valve solenoid.
5. Lower the vehicle.
