Service Procedure

1. Remove radio trim panel (4 screws).

2. Remove radio (4 screws) and disconnect antenna from radio.

3. Remove left hand speaker panel, instrument cluster illumination dimmer switch knob, finish panel (left of steering column) and lower finish panel (under steering column).

4. Remove antenna cable from clip between steering column and radio housing.

5. Remove antenna cable from clip behind left hand end of lower trim panel.

6. Remove instrument cluster hood and instrument cluster screws (see instructions, Figures 2 and 3).

7. Pull cluster forward to access antenna cable.

8. Remove two (2) antenna mast attaching screws at outside of vehicle.

9. Attach guide wire to antenna cable at radio end.

10. Remove antenna mast assembly.

11. Install replacement antenna assembly, using guide wire to assist in cable installation, by following above instructions in reverse order.
